Direction for use: Fill your bath tub with warm water.| Add Bath Salts: Add 1-2 cups of Independent Living Magnesium Bath Salts to the running water and stir to dissolve.| Soak and Relax: Step into the bath and soak for 20-30 minutes allowing the magnesium to work its magic as you relax.| Rinse and enjoy: After soaking, rinse off with clean water and enjoy the refreshed feeling.

Ensure the bag is tightly sealed when not in use.Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
